General support in condominium activities **General Services Assistant – Nova Lima** **Job Description:** We are hiring a **General Services Assistant** to perform **residential condominium cleaning and maintenance**. The professional will be responsible for keeping common areas clean, organized, and safe for residents. **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning common condominium areas (lobby, hallways, staircases, elevators, party room, etc.); * Adhering to safety and hygiene standards; * Providing general support in condominium activities as directed by the building manager or superintendent. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in condominium or common-area cleaning is preferred; * Proactivity, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills with residents and team members; * Availability to work Monday through Friday.
