**Job Opening: Bakery Team Leader \- 2 positions** Location: Jardim Petrópolis – Betim/MG Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 **Work Schedule** Rotating shift schedule (6 days on, 1 day off), including weekends Available shifts: 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM **Benefits** Transportation Allowance (6% payroll deduction) On-site snacks Dental Plan **About the Opportunity** We are seeking professionals with leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and operational insight to manage bakery operations—ensuring process excellence, product quality, and exceptional customer service. The role’s mission is to ensure smooth daily operations, foster team integration, maintain control over production processes, and uphold a high standard of customer service—making the store a benchmark for quality and organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the service and production teams, monitoring work schedules, performance, and professional conduct. * Supervise store opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards. * Monitor daily bakery and confectionery production, guaranteeing product quality, freshness, and availability. * Manage inventory and purchase orders, tracking receipts, shipments, and expiration dates to prevent losses and stockouts. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and good food handling practices. * Monitor cash flow, daily closing reports, and sales metrics, supporting initiatives to reduce costs and improve results. * Provide support in customer service and cashier operations during peak hours. * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement more efficient operational routines.
