Its portfolio includes automation devices and control systems for various industries. **Responsibilities:** Perform TIG welding on steel and aluminum, ensuring clean, strong, and deformation-free finishes. Prepare materials, sheets, tubes, and profiles by cutting, adjusting, and positioning parts. Interpret technical drawings, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), and engineering specifications. Perform surface cleaning, grinding, and treatment before and after welding. Adjust welding equipment, torches, inert gas (argon) flow, amperage, and other parameters. Conduct visual inspections and basic tests to ensure weld bead quality. Comply with safety, occupational health, and quality standards applicable to the metallurgical industry. Maintain tools, machines, and work area in proper operating condition. Previous experience as Precision Welder, Welding Operator, Welding Technician, or Structural Metal Welder may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
