Job Summary: A professional to work on accident prevention and ensuring workers' quality of life, conducting inspections and coordinating safety and training activities. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates prevention lectures, SIPAT, and brigade training Requirements: * Occupational Safety Technician qualification * Experience in the role * Prior work experience in the metallurgical industry (preferred) * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) * Availability to start immediately * Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Prevent accidents and enhance workers' quality of life by conducting daily safety inspections, organizing ASOs, implementing and monitoring the annual PPRA, and performing all duties inherent to the position, including: Prevention lectures, SIPAT, Brigade training, Onboarding of new employees, Safety inspections (factory and fire extinguishers) Benefits: Health insurance with monthly fee, dental plan with monthly fee, transportation allowance (VT), meal allowance (VA) of R$600.00 after 45 days of employment, life insurance, and on-site meals.
