Opportunities for career development in a growing global company **Posting Period** From March 04, 2026 to March 18, 2026 **Country or region** Brazil **Location** Patos de Minas **Business Unit** Plant Care **Department** Accounting / Finance **Entry date** As soon as possible **Job Status** Permanent \- Full time **Minimal required work experience** 2 years **Minimal education level required** Bachelor's Degree **Work schedule** Monday through Friday **Salary** Based on experience **Benefits** Competitive social benefits **CONTROLLERSHIP SUPERVISOR \- PATOS DE MINAS OU PIRACICABA** ------------------------------------------------------------- ### **MAIN FUNCTIONS** * Lead and develop the team, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Support the team in operational activities and in improving internal processes, ensuring compliance, transparency, and adherence to deadlines. * Review and analyze financial statements. * Perform income tax and social contribution calculations. * Prepare and/or review ECD and ECF submissions. * Coordinate and provide information for external audits. * Coordinate and develop the cost control and analysis process. * Manage fixed assets. * Oversee contract and insurance management. * Conduct inventory counts by comparing physical stock with the system, in accordance with internal policies. * Manage cash flow. * Maintain relationships with financial institutions and manage investment, loan, and foreign exchange contracts. * Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation routines. * Coordinate monthly and annual closing processes and intercompany reconciliations. * Manage foreign exchange closing processes. * Control the closing and reconciliation of import and export processes. * Manage and review employee travel expense reimbursement requests. ### **TECHNICAL SKILLS** **Required** * Degree in Accounting * Experience in team management * Experience in process review and improvement * Proficiency in Excel * Knowledge and experience in cost calculation and cost control **An asset** * Knowledge of Power BI * Advanced English ### **PERSONAL ABILITIES** **Required** * Planning and Organization * Communication Skills * Responsibility * Proactivity ### **GENERAL CRITERIA** **Required** * availability to work in person ### **ORGANIZATION** Lallemand is a privately held Canadian company founded in the late 19th century, which develops, produces, and markets microorganisms for various markets.
