




Job Summary: Professional required to support the implementation of improvement projects, conduct root cause analysis for industrial failures, and define best practices for maintenance and operation. Key Highlights: 1. Project follow-up for asset improvement initiatives in production 2. Root cause analysis for industrial issues affecting critical equipment 3. Definition of best practices for maintenance and operation · Monitor the implementation of new asset improvement projects on the Production Line, applying traditional or agile project management methodologies and technical tools to identify, analyze, implement, and control general improvements; · Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for industrial problems affecting highly critical equipment and/or recurring failures, assessing the need for improvement projects and developing action plans addressing identified causes; · Monitor the technical performance of processes and maintenance activities on critical assets; · Develop and support managers in implementing daily action plans based on production and maintenance indicator results; · Collaborate with management to identify critical equipment and systems, ensuring adoption of best practices for maintenance and operation; · Develop and monitor the Technical Training Matrix, evaluating operational and maintenance needs and disseminating knowledge among employees; · Create and adapt standard operating procedures (SOPs); · Promote efficient communication between operations and maintenance teams; · Provide input for developing preventive maintenance plans; · Occasionally operate machinery; · Occasionally perform autonomous machine maintenance.
