The aquatic rescue team is responsible for **surveillance and rescue**, observing swimmers to prevent drownings and save lives of people in danger. **Responsibilities**: * Patrol pool areas, monitoring swimmers' behavior to prevent accidents; * Provide appropriate guidance to non-swimmers while they are in the pool; * Deliver proper assistance, including medical aid or evacuation of injured individuals, when necessary; * Observe and support ongoing swimming lessons; * Lifeguards must periodically practice swimming and diving exercises; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during service execution; * Perform duties regardless of weather conditions, remaining near pools and applying safety procedures; * Maintain custody, conservation, maintenance, and cleaning of job-specific equipment, materials, and facilities; * Carry out other similar tasks as required or at the discretion of supervisors. **Requirements**: Must hold a Lifeguard certification.
