If you excel at transforming data into information, information into insight, and insight into actionable guidance supporting decision-making—and if you possess strong commercial performance control and understanding—join our LIDER team. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct product pricing studies with emphasis on market understanding versus company positioning. * Implement market research, pricing indicators, and pricing processes; * Analyze the product portfolio based on revenue, margin, and profitability KPIs to identify opportunities for better balance between margin and sales volume, generating value-capture recommendations. **Required and desirable knowledge:** * **Desirable experience:** + Solid experience in pricing and/or product mix and category management. * Knowledge of pricing methodologies, markup, contribution margin, and other pricing tools. + Understanding of product family logic, substitute items, ABC sales analysis, product life cycle, BCG matrix, and product line composition. * Understanding of pricing strategies such as entry pricing, price skimming, price ladder, anchoring, among others. **Technical skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or courses in pricing, product management, marketing, or related areas are desirable. * Proficiency in Excel and dashboard creation in Power BI. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. 100% on-site model
