Provide active and responsive service to consortium members, focusing on debt collection and share reactivation, conducting negotiations in accordance with institutional rules, ensuring service quality, accurate formalization of negotiations, adherence to scripts and processes, timely system updates, and achievement of established operational targets.
Academic Qualification: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Human Resource Management, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Required Experience: Debt collection and negotiations.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Desirable Experience: Knowledge of persuasion techniques and objection handling. Experience using CRM systems and customer service platforms.
Performance goals and metrics.
Multichannel service delivery.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Availability to work during scheduled hours.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
Compensation: Starting at R$2\.100,00 per month
