**Responsibilities:** Handle civil legal proceedings from initial analysis through strategy formulation and procedural stage monitoring. Draft procedural documents, legal opinions, and new document templates. Conduct oral arguments, hearings, and judicial orders. Perform legal research, assess risks, and propose solutions aligned with client interests. Negotiate settlements and conduct discussions with opposing parties to achieve efficient resolutions. Supervise and guide interns, junior lawyers, and assistants, as well as review their work when necessary. Contribute to internal training sessions, article writing, and team updates on relevant legislative and jurisprudential changes. Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure accurate, up-to-date information is entered into the internal system. **Essential Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Law with active registration at the OAB/MG (Minas Gerais Bar Association). Minimum 3 years of experience in civil law at a non-mass-volume law firm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software.
