**Responsibilities:** Handle judicial and extrajudicial proceedings related to probate, divorce, asset division, interdiction, guardianship, and curatorship. Draft procedural documents, legal opinions, and contracts, ensuring technical quality and strategic alignment. Represent clients in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, appeals, submissions, attending hearings, and delivering oral arguments. Conduct case analysis and research on applicable laws and case law concerning civil liability, damages, contracts, and other civil matters. Hold meetings with clients and maintain active communication for alignment and procedural updates. Monitor legislative and jurisprudential developments in the field, contributing to studies and publications. Update the firm’s internal system and manage procedural deadlines. **Essential Requirements:** Law degree with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Proven experience in Family and Succession Law. Advanced knowledge of judicial and extrajudicial processes in this field.
