Continuous development of knowledge and skills **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour break; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide customer service, delivering an exceptional shopping experience. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Track orders and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process. * Stay updated on the company's products and services. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve established targets. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills. * Record relevant customer information and interactions in the company's system. * Assist in organizing events and promotions to boost sales. * Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure sales process efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Organizational and time management skills. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse customer profiles. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in sales or customer service. * Knowledge of digital marketing. * Fluency in foreign languages. * Certifications in sales or related areas. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Performance bonus, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
