This opportunity is ideal for an organized, communicative professional familiar with legal workflows, who is comfortable interacting with people and managing procedural and administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities * Customer service and support via WhatsApp; * Requesting and organizing documents required for cases; * Tracking case progress and communicating with clients; * Monitoring deadlines and tasks; * Organizing information and records in the internal system; * Providing administrative support for service operations; * Acting as the liaison between clients and the operational team. Requirements * Familiarity with procedural routines and stages of legal cases; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency with digital tools; * Proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer service. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in customer service; * Prior experience in a law firm; * Knowledge of task management tools; * Empathetic profile with a problem-solving orientation.
