Development of strategies to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty **Job Description:** Max Shop is looking for a proactive, responsible Store Assistant Manager with leadership capabilities to assist in team and daily store operations management. This professional will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure excellence in customer service, store organization, achievement of commercial goals, and execution of administrative routines. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise store administrative activities, including team attendance tracking, report generation, document verification, file organization, and support in financial processes; * Support the manager in team leadership; * Monitor employee performance together with the manager; * Ensure product organization, restocking, and pricing; * Support the manager in store opening and closing procedures, as well as cash register opening and closing; * Manage inventory and merchandise receiving; * Assist in developing strategies to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty; * Substitute for the manager during their absence. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college degree in progress or completed is preferred); * Prior experience in leadership roles within retail; * Knowledge of store operational, administrative, and customer service routines; * Skills in people management and conflict resolution; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation.
