




Job Summary: Partner support, lead management, and event support for acquiring new participants. Key Highlights: 1. Partner support and scheduling 2. Lead management and qualification in the CRM 3. Support in developing event strategies **Key Responsibilities:** **Partnerships:** * Provide partner support (via phone and other channels); * Schedule meetings with partners; * Monitor completion of partnership proposal forms; * Attend meetings with the Commercial Manager and Executive Director. **Commercial:** * Record membership cancellation requests in control spreadsheets; * Register, organize, and distribute leads in the CRM; * Verify and qualify leads generated from events (members and non-members); * Schedule post\-sale visits with members. **Events:** * Promote events to the member base; * Track event registrations and engagement; * Support strategy development, together with Commercial and Marketing teams, for acquiring new participants; * Assist with other activities related to the commercial department.
