Stay updated and negotiate course and service pricing **SALES CONSULTANT** **Position Objective** Deliver purpose-driven, high-quality customer service (enrollment closing), from lead prospecting to post\-sale. **Position Responsibilities** Prospect leads to build and enrich your personal work database. To this end, you will be responsible for executing field-based prospecting activities (in-person outreach—near schools, at partner companies or institutions, at events, etc.), via telephone, and through digital channels such as social media and WhatsApp (messaging app). Conduct commercially oriented customer interactions following the Five-Step Sales Process, with a focus on enrollment, across various channels: on the street, at schools, at prospects’ homes or workplaces, and at partner companies or institutions. Deliver customer interactions that provide a positive and memorable experience for prospects. Demonstrate broad knowledge of the brand, its history, and its market positioning. Master the services offered by Wizard by Pearson and their appropriate targeting (audience). Master Wizard by Pearson’s methodology and entire learning ecosystem. Master the school’s physical space and infrastructure. Stay updated on courses offered by the Corporate University and ensure, at minimum, completion of the Wizard by Pearson Sales Consultant Training Pathway. Negotiate pricing and payment terms for courses and services offered, always adhering to franchise-established guidelines.
