Visit www.sabin.com.br or follow our official social media channels: LinkedIn Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| Instagram @sabinmedicinadiagnostica \| Facebook Sabin Medicina Diagnóstica \| Responsibilities and Duties * Clean air conditioner casings with equipment de-energized; * Clean control panels and thermostat bulbs with equipment de-energized; * Clean air filters with water and soap (drainage system and cabinet); * Clean evaporators and condensers, when necessary, using washing machines; * Visually inspect the condition of power distribution board(s); * Support visual monitoring of overheating, subcooling, and operation of protection and control devices; * Complete test reports for supervisor review and instruct users on system operation; * Assist in installing ventilation and refrigeration equipment with equipment de-energized; * Monitor third-party air conditioning companies; * Perform minor hydraulic repairs; * Assist in civil works such as demolitions and sealing of containment systems; * Comply with occupational safety, workplace organization, and cleanliness regulations. * Serve all internal and external customers courteously, respectfully, and efficiently. * Comply with company and departmental regulatory standards.
