The role executes area-specific activities and supports the Manager and Supervisor; receives guidance from the Supervisor and Manager for highly critical tasks; and mentors less-experienced technicians.\n\n\n**Key Responsibilities**\n\nRestore the electrical system and respond to demands from the Regional Distribution Service Center (CSD) and the Integrated Operations Center (COI) by supporting field service teams handling incidents on MT/BT networks and metering systems;\n\nPerform all activities in full compliance with applicable regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and by correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), safeguarding personal, team, and third-party safety;\n\nVerify that the organization and maintenance of vehicles and tools used for maintenance in the regional unit comply with established procedures and Lean project guidelines, safeguarding tools, materials, equipment, and vehicles under the incumbent’s responsibility;\n\nOperate fleet vehicles strictly adhering to the Brazilian Traffic Code, participate in company-mandated training programs, and obtain required documentation—including a specific driver’s license (CNH), and other certifications as needed per equipment type—aligned with operational requirements, while complying with company policies and current legislation;\n\nRecord and verify field services performed by internal teams by preparing and submitting detailed reports covering labor hours, materials used, and descriptions of work executed, in accordance with pre-established procedures;\n\nAnalyze services, when necessary, against current safety standards; With more than 13,000 employees worldwide, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow. **Job Mission** This position is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, payment processing, and system write-offs related to preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance services, as well as medium- and low-voltage (MT/BT) metering systems—whether performed by internal teams or third-party contractors—with the objective of ensuring continuity of electricity supply, reducing non-payment rates and commercial/technical losses, all within established technical, safety, and quality standards, while striving to meet defined targets in strict compliance with regulations, pre-established operational procedures, and the distributor’s occupational safety and sustainability policies. The role executes area-specific activities and supports the Manager and Supervisor; receives guidance from the Supervisor and Manager for highly critical tasks; and mentors less-experienced technicians. **Key Responsibilities** Restore the electrical system and respond to demands from the Regional Distribution Service Center (CSD) and the Integrated Operations Center (COI) by supporting field service teams handling incidents on MT/BT networks and metering systems; Perform all activities in full compliance with applicable regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and by correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), safeguarding personal, team, and third-party safety; Verify that the organization and maintenance of vehicles and tools used for maintenance in the regional unit comply with established procedures and Lean project guidelines, safeguarding tools, materials, equipment, and vehicles under the incumbent’s responsibility; Operate fleet vehicles strictly adhering to the Brazilian Traffic Code, participate in company-mandated training programs, and obtain required documentation—including a specific driver’s license (CNH), and other certifications as needed per equipment type—aligned with operational requirements, while complying with company policies and current legislation; Record and verify field services performed by internal teams by preparing and submitting detailed reports covering labor hours, materials used, and descriptions of work executed, in accordance with pre-established procedures; Analyze services, when necessary, against current safety standards; monitor scheduled and emergency maintenance activities within deadlines and to required quality standards, in line with company policies, regulations, procedures, legislation, and directives; Enhance operational performance, restore network reliability, and ensure personnel and network safety through preventive inspection of distribution network components, performing switching operations, and supporting emergency response using appropriate tools and equipment, as trained, while maintaining such equipment per current technical safety standards; Contribute to improving departmental quality indicators (DEC/FEC/PMO) by proposing flexible switching points, modifications to the electrical network layout, and locations for installing new switching and protection devices—all with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity; Participate in initiatives aimed at improving Organizational Climate and Safety Culture, as well as provide support to other regions as needed; Report any non-conformities or losses affecting the network and company assets, either resolving them directly or escalating to responsible teams if unqualified to act; Conduct inspections on the electrical network and assist with measurements using instruments such as thermal imagers, phase meters, and ground resistance testers; Safeguard company property—including tools, vehicles, instruments, equipment, standards, documentation, safety materials, and other assets—as well as ensure physical integrity of third parties, partners, and the community; Inspect tree pruning needs according to the Annual Maintenance Plan, following criteria and standards defined by the competent department; Process system write-offs for pruning services performed by contractors and arrange corresponding payments; Process system write-offs for maintenance orders and invoices issued to contractors and arrange corresponding payments; Update asset registration records for all MT/BT distribution network assets maintained and/or installed; Comply with instructions from leadership and management, as well as company policies, standards, procedures, legislation, and directives applicable to the role; Approve field team service orders and invoices originating from WPA; Support inventory closure by controlling and writing off materials consumed during execution of field team service orders and invoices; Assist the COI, as requested by the immediate supervisor, in dispatching emergency orders and invoices to internal or third-party field teams; Support occupational safety maintenance by conducting safety inspections of both internal and third-party teams; **Mandatory Requirements** Technical qualification in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. Driver’s license (CNH) category B or C. Knowledge of Power Electrical Systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams. Familiarity with safety standards and procedures. Understanding of electricity sector legislation. Knowledge of Substation (SE) and Distribution Line (LD) equipment application.
