In this role, you will have the opportunity to carry out operational activities related to logistics processes and system updates according to established procedures/SOPs, demands, and targets, aiming to contribute to processes within agreed timelines and volumes and at the lowest possible cost. **Responsibilities and duties** * Fill out and submit carrier invoices for approvals and payments; * Monitor all deliveries of all shipments until final completion; * Keep the system updated with all entries up to date; * Perform system checklists to verify that processes were executed according to instructions and file them in the appropriate network folders; * Send notifications/status of each process via e\-mail to customers and suppliers; * Provide support and respond to requests from other departments; * Strictly comply with the company's quality, safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures, in line with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, as well as the company's Code of Conduct, values, and principles. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is desirable; * Knowledge of transportation and invoices is desirable; * Proficiency in Office suite; * Soft\-skills: Teamwork, proactivity, organization, and planning. **Additional information** **WE VALUE DIVERSITY AND TALENT!** We do not discriminate among candidates regardless of gender, age, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, origin, or any type of disability.
