Responsibilities and Duties
* Activate services and contracts with customers, ensuring everything is completed promptly and accurately
* Verify documents and carefully enter data to avoid errors
* Thoroughly understand all store products and services to answer customer questions and provide assistance
* Offer additional store products and services during activation, seizing opportunities to increase sales while adhering to HS and Claro’s commercial policies
* Support customers post-sale, ensuring a positive experience and adequate follow-up support
* Assist the team and help maintain store organization—such as managing inventory, display windows, and counters
* Support management with cash operations, including opening, handling transactions, and closing the register, ensuring all procedures are correctly executed
Requirements and Qualifications
We seek motivated individuals eager to launch their careers in the **sales field**! As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training to master our products, processes, and customer service, supported by your team and management.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education
* Sales experience is desirable (but if you’re new, don’t worry—we’re committed to supporting your growth!)
* Familiarity with administrative routines is a plus (organization and attention to detail make a difference!)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Comfort with technology (computers, smartphones, etc.)
* Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule
