Professional responsible for supervising and managing field teams to ensure the execution and quality of event setups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise technical field teams (event setup and teardown);
Ensure adherence to setup schedules according to the plan;
Manage teams during operations (discipline, productivity, and results);
Monitor material and equipment checklists at the event venue;
Identify risks, propose solutions, and act swiftly to prevent operational failures;
Serve as the liaison between the operations department, warehouse, logistics, and end clients;
Report incidents and results to the Operations Manager;
Uphold team quality and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in operational leadership or field logistics;
Experience in the events industry is a plus;
Skills in team management and problem solving;
Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic schedule;
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor;
Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B (mandatory).
ADDITIONAL ASSETS:
Experience in scenography, structural assembly, or audiovisual production;
Organizational and disciplinary skills;
Firm leadership profile with strong interpersonal skills.
