Prevention of accidents and operational failures We are seeking a Monitoring Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in system monitoring and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for feeding and tracking the control system records, monitoring cameras, retrieving and storing images recorded by the security system. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and classify image events to validate the system’s artificial intelligence interpretation; * Audit event classifications, analyzing evaluation criteria, proposing improvements, standardizations, and internal training; * Verify speed violations to validate established criteria; * Perform interventions based on critical events generated by the system to prevent accidents; * Regularly monitor server operation to prevent potential failures and operational risks; * Carry out other related duties. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic Office suite proficiency. * Experience in related fields is desirable. * Experience working rotating shifts is desirable. * Experience in monitoring activities is desirable. **Schedule and Work:** * 4x4 rotating shift: works two consecutive days on day shift (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) or day shift, followed by two consecutive nights on night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), then four consecutive days off. **Work Location:** * Anglo American – Conceição do Mato Dentro MG * Transportation via chartered bus If you are proactive, technically skilled, and enjoy working as part of a team, apply now using the button below.
