




**Job Mission:** Support the Mechanical Fitter and other die shop professionals in the manufacturing, adjustment, maintenance, and repair activities of molds, dies, and fixtures, ensuring proper operation and quality of production tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly processes of dies, molds, and fixtures; * Support manual adjustment tasks using files, grinders, drills, and sanders; * Perform basic measurements with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, among others), under supervision; * Organize and maintain a clean workspace, tools, and workbenches; * Assist in handling and identifying mold and die components; * Support recording maintenance data and tool control information; * Comply with company-established safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Participate in **setup activities** and **tryouts** of dies, assisting in assembly and necessary adjustments during tool testing; * Support documentation of interventions, maintenance, and tryout results in forms or systems; **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed High School; * **Preferred:** Technical or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling, Machining, or related fields; * **Desired Knowledge:** Basic metrology, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and operation of conventional machinery. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and precision; * Organization and discipline; * Proactiveness and willingness to learn; * Team spirit and collaboration; * Commitment to deadlines, safety, and quality.
