With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Separate orders according to shipping manifests, invoices, and requests from the dispatch department; Handle chilled and frozen meat products, ensuring product integrity and quality; Verify weight, quantity, expiration date, batch number, and product specifications during the order-picking process; Organize goods on pallets, in boxes, and in dispatch areas according to delivery routes and priority; Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required; Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards; Follow storage procedures in cold rooms and refrigerated areas; Support loss control, damage assessment, and inventory discrepancy resolution; Use data collectors, labels, or internal systems for product movement and traceability. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Prior experience in order picking, inventory management, logistics, dispatch, or warehousing; Availability to work in refrigerated environments and cold rooms; Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as operationally required; Physical capability to perform tasks involving physical effort and manual handling of loads; Basic knowledge of goods verification is a plus. **Additional Information** Working hours: 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM, Sunday through Friday As the leader in beef exports across South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company — we are a community of professionals united by the purpose of "building connections among people, food, and nature."
