With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in operational activities at the distribution center; Load and unload goods; Support product picking, movement, and storage; Organize goods on pallets, in cold rooms, and in storage areas; Assist in cleaning and organizing the department, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards; Support operational line replenishment and product dispatch; Perform visual inspection of packaging and products, identifying damages when necessary; Follow occupational safety procedures and internal company regulations; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education Prior experience in operational activities, logistics, inventory, production, or meatpacking plants is desirable; Availability to work in refrigerated environments / cold rooms; Availability to work shifts and rotating schedules, if required; Physical stamina and ability to handle loads; Commitment, agility, and proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team; Basic knowledge of good hygiene and safety practices is a plus. **Additional Information** Working hours: 00:00–07:20, Monday to Saturday As the leader in beef exports across South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company — we are a community of professionals united by the purpose of "creating connections among people, food, and nature."
