**Job Description – Supervisor** We are looking for a Supervisor to lead a team, organize daily activities, and ensure achievement of goals, quality, and operational standards of the company. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate, guide, and monitor the team in daily activities * Assign tasks and ensure they are carried out correctly * Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and productivity * Ensure compliance with deadlines, goals, and quality standards * Prepare activity reports and relay information to supervision/management * Monitor use of materials, equipment, and PPE * Resolve operational issues and support the team when necessary * Maintain workplace organization and safety **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Supervisor or team leader * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and professional demeanor * Leadership capability and decision-making skills * Knowledge of the relevant field (cleaning / construction / production / logistics / maintenance, etc.) * Flexible availability * Driver’s license category B **Desirable** * Completed high school education * Specific training courses related to the field of work * Basic computer literacy Job type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Salary: R$2\.247,37 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * supervisor (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
