That is what we mean by inclusion.**Job Description** --------------------- Responsibilities: Control and record results hourly, ensuring data accuracy; Monitor service delivery for cut-offs and cargo dispatch; Complete and maintain updated operational control databases; Track and manage performance indicators (KPIs); Generate and update KPI and management tool reports, enhancing operational visibility for both the client and DHL; Conduct inventory and operational closings; Monitor and support RPA functionality and internal communication groups; Comply with organizational Quality and HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) policies.**Requirements** -------------- Required Qualifications: Completed High School education; Experience in Logistics; Logical reasoning; Written and verbal communication skills; Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency; Basic Office Suite knowledge. Knowledge of Power BI / VBA / RPA / Data Studio / Python and SQL is a plus.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Update and generate accurate reports for submission to the client and leadership; Update and utilize tools that facilitate operational management and execution; Work with and analyze databases; Gather information to initiate support tickets aimed at resolving operational issues; Send operational reports to the client and management; Conduct audits on operational data and entries; Perform ongoing follow-ups with operations, providing up-to-date visibility of workflow; Ensure correct registration and entry of operational data; Execute inventory and operational closings; Strictly comply with client and DHL HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), Quality, and Security standards.
