Come to XMobots—let’s fly higher together! **Responsibilities and duties** Ensure flawless execution of XMobots’ events, acting autonomously, swiftly, and with strong ownership. Guarantee efficient logistics, delivery quality, and integrated support to internal departments, thereby strengthening the brand and relationships with suppliers, partners, and technical teams. End-to-end event production: briefing, budgeting via Procurement, supplier negotiations, scheduling, logistics, setup, execution, and post-event activities. Manage service contracts (SCs), purchase orders (POs), invoices, quotations, and ensure ongoing alignment with Procurement. Oversee booth construction, furniture, printing, promotional items, catering, and contracts. Coordinate external suppliers (booth builders, catering services, security, printing companies, agencies). Develop and organize checklists, schedules, and delivery reports. Manage inventory of promotional materials, giveaways, physical assets, and products for exhibitions/showrooms. Support internal activations: conventions, internal marketing, customer and authority receptions. Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure timely delivery of materials. Accompany technical teams (pilots, engineering, sales, production) during field activities. Travel for event execution. Independently manage multiple simultaneous initiatives with focus and operational rigor. **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Event Production, Advertising, or related fields; Experience in corporate events, trade shows, booths, activations, or B2B events; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Full availability for domestic travel; Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); Intermediate English proficiency; Residency in São Carlos–SP
