Job Summary: An experienced civil construction professional to perform masonry, concrete work, finishing applications, and maintenance tasks, ensuring quality and safety on site. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience as a mason in civil construction projects. 2. In-depth knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings. 3. Proficiency in masonry and concrete work tools and techniques. #### **Responsibilities** * Prepare the construction site by organizing materials, tools, and equipment. * Read and interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings. * Construct masonry walls, lay bricks, blocks, and precast elements, ensuring plumb and level alignment. * Apply finishes such as scratch coat, brown coat, plaster, and screed, following technical specifications. * Perform concrete pouring for slabs, columns, beams, and foundations, including reinforcement placement and concrete compaction. * Install floor tiles, ceramic wall tiles, porcelain tiles, and other ceramic or stone finishes with precision and alignment. * Carry out repairs and maintenance on masonry and concrete structures, adhering to safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines and quality standards. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a mason in civil construction projects. * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details. * Proficiency in handling civil construction-specific tools and equipment (level, plumb bob, square, trowel, concrete mixer, etc.). * Familiarity with various types of mortars, cements, concretes, and their correct applications. * Understanding and application of occupational safety regulations (NR-18) and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ability to perform basic material calculations and measurements of areas and volumes. * Certification or vocational training in civil construction (desirable). #### **Skills** * Structural Masonry * Brick/Block Laying * Concrete Work * Drawing Reading (CAD/Technical Drawing) * Plastering/Brown Coat/Scratch Coat * Floor/Ceramic Tile Installation * Power Tool Handling * Material Calculation * Leveling and Plumbing ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
