If yes, this is your opportunity! **As a Senior Product Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:** * Executing highly complex and specialized technical activities aligned with the objectives and goals of the scope of responsibility. * Leading or participating in projects requiring advanced technical expertise—performing analyses, proposing improvements, resolving issues, and providing technical guidance to teams. * Keeping the company informed about market trends and best practices to support strategic decision-making and innovation. * Complying with internal standards and procedures (quality, safety, environment, and health), ensuring appropriate working conditions. * Planning project tasks using engineering schedules to ensure predictability and control. * Reviewing customer technical specifications, identifying critical items, and reporting relevant points to prevent deviations. * Ensuring appropriate technology selection through meetings and Design Reviews, reducing failure risks. * Developing cost-optimized solutions while maintaining product competitiveness. * Performing design calculations for critical components, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and know-how. * Creating and applying new calculation methodologies to increase productivity and reliability in manufacturing, assembly, operation, and maintenance. * Providing technical support to the factory, field, procurement, and planning teams to resolve non-conformities and ensure final quality. * Analyzing commissioning data to validate designs and improve calculation tools. * Developing product/system designs—including calculations, reports, manuals, and review of drawings and bills of materials. * Contributing to technical presentations at seminars and conferences. * Identifying opportunities for departmental improvement, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. **We expect you to have the following education:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Company business segment; * CAD systems; * Equipment manufacturing and field assembly processes; * Advanced English proficiency; * National and international turbine standards.
