Maricondi Laboratory has experienced significant growth in recent years and is seeking individuals willing to learn, collaborate, and pioneer new paths with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register laboratory tests; * Provide telephone support; * Guide patients on procedures required for laboratory tests; * Process authorizations with health insurance providers; * Print and deliver test results; * Ensure high-quality customer service; * Issue invoices; * Perform cash register closing and cash receipt handling. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills, synergy with other departments, critical thinking, and sense of urgency; * Negotiation skills and strong oral and written communication abilities; * Prior experience in the healthcare field is a plus; * Availability to work on Saturdays. **Additional Information** * Weekly working hours: 38h; * Salary: R$ 1\.644,69; * Gympass; * Birthday Day Off; * Meal allowance: R$ 400.00; * Copayment-based Unimed health plan; * Uniodonto dental plan.
