If yes, this is your opportunity! **As a Site Manager, your main responsibilities will include:** * Leading the field team and actively resolving conflicts to achieve the most productive working conditions possible; * Maintaining daily communication with Contract Management and Installation Coordination; * Preparing and reviewing construction reports; * Managing on-site cash flow and purchases according to predefined rules and project budget; * Controlling installation and commissioning activities (performance, quality, HSE, costs, deadlines) and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations, preparing and executing construction planning. **We expect you to have the following qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; * MBA in Project Management and Leadership – desirable. **We are looking for candidates with the following technical skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Office Suite and MS Project; * Experience in construction management; knowledge of planning concepts (histogram, S-curve, KPI); * Advanced English – desirable; * Intermediate Spanish.
