Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and production standards while maintaining workplace organization and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on occupational safety and workplace environmental standards **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Adhere to personal hygiene standards outlined in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the assigned work area; * Follow the company's established Environmental and Safety standards; * Actively participate in Quality Management maintenance, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; * Monitor area and production batch release together with Quality Assurance prior to commencing production; * Ensure accurate and real-time completion of master manufacturing process documents at each process stage; * Properly complete area/room release forms for areas/suites to be used; * Report any irregularities in the department or in products under processing to the Supervisor; * Monitor the production report to ensure compliance and efficiency; * Notify the Occupational Safety Technician of any situation that may pose a risk of workplace accidents; * Follow area-specific procedures and work instructions; sort and organize materials required for production; * Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery and the workplace; * Keep production lines supplied with necessary materials; * Package and store finished products according to company standards; * Refrain from using mobile phones or photographic equipment within the company premises without prior documented authorization from the immediate supervisor; * Wear appropriate attire for each work area; * Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed by the Occupational Safety Technician. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School. **RESIDENCE:** Descalvado\-SP.
