We are looking for an **Extraction Operator I** to join the **EAB** team in **Ibaté/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** * Operate equipment in the juice extraction field (mill); * Perform cleaning, tidying, and keep areas and equipment organized; * Carry out load lifting operations using a hoist; * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment; * Conduct periodic inspections and monitor mill equipment; * Follow operational procedures and complete checklist inspections. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Basic computer knowledge; * Availability to work on a 5x1 shift schedule; * Reside in Ibaté/SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical conversation to learn more about daily activities and challenges.
