We are seeking a **Junior Talent Acquisition and Selection Analyst** to join the **People team** in **Araraquara/SP** and **Ibaté/SP**. **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL INCLUDE:** * Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for the EAB (Ethanol, Sugar, and Bioenergy) business, handling a high volume of positions across various levels and complexities; * Aligning position profiles with managers and defining selection criteria; * Promoting opportunities across multiple channels; * Screening resumes, inviting candidates, and conducting competency-based interviews; * Preparing assessment reports for hiring managers and providing feedback to candidates; * Developing job offers and forwarding approved candidates for onboarding; * Using the Gupy platform to manage open positions and selection processes; * Monitoring deadlines (SLAs) and establishing action plans to ensure compliance; * Updating, monitoring, and analyzing selection process metrics; * Implementing continuous improvements to attraction and selection procedures; * Guiding managers and candidates throughout the process; * Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives and goals. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience managing end-to-end selection processes is desirable; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), minimum category B; * Availability to work onsite at the Araraquara/SP and Ibaté/SP units, following the standard workweek (44 hours per week). **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you progress): * Application—completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversational interview to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion about your daily responsibilities and challenges.
