We are seeking a **Senior Occupational Safety Technician** to join our **SSMA team** in **Ibaté, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Deliver high-quality, timely responses to Raízen requirements; * Manage SSMA, conduct field inspections, monitor performance indicators, propose improvements in agro-industrial sectors; possess technical occupational safety knowledge, legal expertise, and regulatory understanding. * Ensure that your area of responsibility implements Raízen procedures, requirements, and new directives effectively and on schedule. Reduce accidents; * Engage with Raízen safety procedures; * Always act proactively, anticipating potential risks and implementing appropriate control measures; * Continuously develop and update knowledge to keep pace with relevant legislation and internal standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Occupational Safety Technician certification; * Registration with the Brazilian Ministry of Labor (MTE); * Experience as an Occupational Safety Technician (in industrial settings); * Driver's License Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate / Advanced); * Mobility to work in Ibaté, SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
