If you are a Cash Operator seeking a new opportunity, BR Pneus AutoCenter is looking for you to join our team in São Carlos - SP. **Your responsibilities:** * **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer service** at the counter and via telephone, providing information regarding payments, services performed, and amounts due. **Desired qualifications:** * Strong communication skills and courtesy toward customers. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales/cashier systems. * Prior experience in customer service or financial activities is an advantage. * **Opening and closing the cash register**, verifying cash amounts, receipts, and recording all transactions according to company procedures. * **Entering sales and service transactions** into the system, ensuring all information is accurate prior to finalization. * **Receiving payments** in cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, and other payment methods. * **Issuing invoices** and verifying data such as services, products, license plates, and CPF/CNPJ numbers. * **Managing accounts receivable, pending collections, and authorized credit limits**, in accordance with company policies. * **Organizing documents**, receipts, and daily financial reports. * **Supporting the sales team and service department**, ensuring smooth workflow and interdepartmental communication. * **Post-service customer support**, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a positive final experience. * **Maintaining the service area**, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
