With an experienced team, the company stands out for its operational efficiency and commitment to deadlines. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to finance, accounting, and budgeting, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Manage cash flow, financial investments, and debt to ensure liquidity, profitability, and financial predictability. Develop and monitor the annual budget, analyzing variances between actual performance and planned targets, and proposing necessary corrective actions. Supervise accounting operations to ensure compliance with tax, fiscal, and corporate regulations. Conduct financing processes with Caixa Econômica Federal and other financial institutions, including progress measurements, fund disbursements, and resource releases. Prepare management reports, financial statements, and strategic analyses for presentation to the Executive Board and Board of Directors. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, enhancing technical and behavioral competencies while improving departmental deliverables. Implement improvements and automation in financial, accounting, and administrative processes to increase efficiency and governance. Previous experience as Finance Manager, Controller, Director of Controlling, or Treasury Head may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
