Experience not required; focus on willingness and commitment Ohana Construtora is hiring a Construction Helper to support civil construction activities, assisting masons, carpenters, and other professionals on the construction site. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing materials (mortar, concrete, plaster) * Transport materials and tools within the site * Support masons, carpenters, and other professionals * Perform cleaning and organization of the construction site * Assist in loading and unloading materials * Follow occupational safety guidelines and regulations **Requirements:** * Prior construction experience preferred (not mandatory) * Physical stamina and willingness to learn * Commitment and responsibility * Flexible availability **Advantages:** * Previous experience in civil construction * Basic courses in the field Work Location: On-site
