Job Summary: Lead the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance, control maintenance activities and training, and work with vehicle telemetry. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of the maintenance team and telemetry training. 2. Knowledge of VOLVO CONECT, Mercedes, and SSTELEMÁTICA telemetry systems. 3. Ability to handle difficult conversations and manage scheduling. * Lead preventive and corrective maintenance teams, supporting internal and external maintenance activities; * Control preventive, corrective, and periodic maintenance at dealerships; * Lead vehicle telemetry training and instruction; * Possession of Driver's License Category E is mandatory for short-distance travel and emergency loading; * Coordination between the Travel Logistics Team and the Maintenance Team; * Meet delivery schedules and ensure predictability in vehicle delivery and release; * Knowledge of non-economic driving techniques; telemetry expertise is a plus; * Work with VOLVO CONECT, Mercedes, and SSTELEMÁTICA telemetry systems; * Respect hierarchy and peers regardless of age, knowledge, or affinity; * Ability to handle difficult conversations with drivers who spend extended periods on the road, including addressing non-conformities upon their return and anticipating potential issues; * Ability to manage time, deliveries, and schedule changes—daily, weekly, or monthly.
