Job Summary: Responsible for controlling material movement in inventory, organizing the warehouse, receiving and inspecting goods, and assisting in supply and maintenance management. Key Highlights: 1. Full warehouse management and inventory control 2. Coordination of material receipt and inspection 3. Support in requesting materials and components Control material inflow and outflow in inventory; Physically organize the warehouse; Receive materials from freight carriers and postal services; Inspect received materials; Track sold products; Pick materials for Production Orders; Supply materials to the production department; Inspect completion checklists and pack products destined for customers; Assist in collecting material quotations under supervision; Request materials and components from suppliers; Receive equipment designated for maintenance; Record transactions in the ERP system; Process invoices; Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory; Ensure proper preservation of materials and equipment under responsibility.
