Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping and analyzing processes, implementing continuous improvements, and monitoring performance indicators in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize production and administrative processes. 2. Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). 3. Conduct training and act as a change agent. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Map and analyze production and administrative processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and optimization opportunities. * Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC, and 5S. * Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, line efficiency, OEE, losses, rework, lead time, and operational costs. * Track the execution of action plans with involved departments, ensuring deadlines, results, and standardization of implemented improvements. * Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure all improvements comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements applicable to the veterinary pharmaceutical sector. * Deliver internal training on continuous improvement tools, Lean methodologies, and operational excellence culture. * Support internal and external audits (MAPA and customers) by providing evidence of implemented improvements and achieved results. * Develop reports and presentations of results for Production/Operations Management and Executive Leadership, demonstrating the financial and operational impact of projects. * Support the Engineering and Maintenance departments in equipment efficiency analysis and the implementation of new production or technological processes. * Act as a change agent, fostering team engagement and disseminating best practices of continuous improvement across the organization. **EDUCATION:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** As required for the position level.
