We are looking for a **Boiler Operator I** to join the **EAB** team in **Brotas SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Work in the boiler area, daily verifying the operation of motors, conveyors, and other equipment, informing panel operators about staff movement within the area during cleaning periods. * Check machinery operation and report any observed anomalies to operators so appropriate actions can be taken to ensure boiler functionality, following instructions from your supervisor regarding assigned tasks. * Clean grates by opening furnace doors and removing impurities from bagasse to prevent operational disruptions in the area. * Follow boiler procedures to ensure proper operation and steam availability for the production process. * Conduct end-of-shift general inspections of valves, suction devices, and grate assembly to maintain structural readiness for continuous process operation. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * High school diploma; * Preferred: Boiler Operator training course; * Must reside in: Brotas SP, Torrinha SP, or Dois Córregos SP; * Availability to work rotating shifts and on a 5x1 schedule. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further detail day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
