




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Prior experience conducting end-to-end selection processes is desirable; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) with minimum category B; * Availability to work onsite at the Araraquara/SP and Ibaté/SP units, following the UK workweek schedule (44 hours per week). YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection cycles for the EAB (Ethanol, Sugar, and Bioenergy) business, handling a high volume of positions across various levels and complexities; * Align job profiles with managers and define selection criteria; * Promote job opportunities through multiple channels; * Screen resumes, invite candidates, and conduct competency-based interviews; * Prepare assessment reports for hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates; * Develop job offers and submit approved candidates for onboarding; * Use the Gupy platform to manage job openings and selection processes; * Monitor deadlines (SLAs) and develop action plans to ensure timely delivery; * Input, monitor, and analyze recruitment process metrics; * Implement continuous improvements to attraction and selection procedures; * Guide managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process; * Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and goals. 2512140202201920011
