* **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday until 1 p.m. * **Benefits:** Commission + Transportation allowance + Medical and dental insurance. * **Basic requirements:** Experience in sales and customer service; Knowledge of sales systems/CRM (a plus); Aptitude for goals and sales metrics. * **Describe the main responsibilities and activities of this position:** Provide consultative customer service, identifying visual needs and advising on suitable frames, lenses, and treatments; Sell optical products (prescription eyewear, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories), ensuring a personalized shopping experience; Interpret ophthalmic prescriptions, ensuring correct technical product recommendations; Conduct negotiations, present commercial terms, and close sales, focusing on goals and results; Perform after-sales service, monitoring customer satisfaction and promoting loyalty; Organize and restock store products, maintaining appropriate and attractive displays; Register customers and process orders in the system; Assist with inventory control and merchandise verification; Participate in promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives to boost sales.
