You will handle financial control and analysis routines, supporting reconciliations, journal entries, and performance indicator tracking. If you are organized, enjoy working with numbers, and wish to develop your career in a collaborative environment, **this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to the development and optimization of financial processes; * Prepare payments via system (entire process including analysis of journal entries and attachments, data entry into the system, remittance confirmation, payment follow-up until completion, and supporting documents where applicable); * Negotiate with suppliers; * Support internal clients and suppliers; * Daily verification of obligation due dates and preparation of accounts payable list; prepare daily, weekly, monthly, or ad-hoc payment forecasts; * Bank reconciliations; * Support accounting closing, external audits, and relationships with financial institutions; * Generate and update management reports and spreadsheets; * Suggest process improvements and participate in developing internal policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields. * Familiarity with TOTVS (Protheus) system is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proven experience in the finance area. * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. **Additional Information** Health insurance plan (Unimed); On-site meal allowance; Food allowance: BRL 303.00/month; Group life insurance; Extended maternity leave; Paternity leave (30 days); Mental health program; Birthday day off.
