**Position: Manager – Healthcare Area \| São Carlos \- SP** **AmorSaúde**, a healthcare company providing medical consultations and exams to the public, is seeking a committed **Manager** with experience in healthcare management. Team management and leadership of operational processes * Supervision and monitoring of goals and indicators * Support in strategic decision-making * Ensure excellence in service delivery and patient care * Supervise all clinic areas: reception, commercial, nursing, medical staff, and administration * **· Monitor performance indicators (financial, operational, and satisfaction).** * · Ensure medical schedule organization and compliance with patient care protocols. * **· Lead the team with focus on performance, motivation, and alignment with clinic values.** * · Handle conflict resolution with patients and staff. * **Control operational costs and monitor cash flow together with finance.** * Validate commercial strategies and campaigns with marketing and sales teams. * **Ensure compliance with health surveillance regulations and other regulatory bodies.** * Conduct alignment meetings with departments and management. **· Propose continuous improvements in clinic processes. · Previous experience managing clinics, medical practices, or healthcare businesses** * · Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields will be an advantage * **· Proficiency in control tools (Excel, CRM, ERP, B.I)** * · Knowledge of healthcare systems (sistema amigo) will be an advantage * **Basic performance indicators (KPIs) to be responsible for:** * · Medical schedule occupancy rate * **· Monthly revenue and average ticket** * · Commercial conversion rate * **· Patient satisfaction (NPS)** * · Operational efficiency and cost reduction * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospital Healthcare, or related fields (advantageous)** * Proven experience in healthcare management (clinics, hospitals, or care units) * **Strong leadership skills with a results-driven approach** Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.364,13 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Profit sharing * Transportation voucher
