Job Summary:
Act as the company's representative in logistics operations, supporting employees and managers with HR, administrative, and operational requests.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Act as the company's representative in logistics operations, representing the administrative department to employees and managers.
* Provide direct support to employees regarding human resources (HR) matters.
* Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
* Monitor timekeeping records, overtime banks, absences, and justifications.
* Support management in payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
* Address and guide employees on internal policies, regulations, and company procedures.
* Coordinate communication between logistics operations and corporate HR.
* Monitor and assist in disciplinary processes, warnings, and operational feedback.
* Organize and maintain up-to-date employee documents, files, and records.
* Support engagement initiatives, organizational climate programs, and internal campaigns.
* Manage and distribute PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) according to operational needs.
* Assist in shift scheduling, work rotation, and coverage for absences.
* Monitor and report operational incidents involving employees.
* Serve as a point of support for resolving workplace conflicts and questions.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Valid driver's license and personal vehicle available for work;
* Completed high school education;
* Experience in administrative routines;
* Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
