Assist in basic preventive maintenance of equipment **Job Description** We are seeking a **Machine Operator** to operate production equipment, ensuring proper machine functionality, product quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. **Responsibilities:** * Operate machines and equipment used in the ice cream manufacturing process, adhering to quality and safety standards. * Perform basic machine adjustments to ensure proper functionality during production. * Load machines with raw materials according to production orders. * Monitor the production process, identifying and reporting potential failures or irregularities. * Clean and sanitize machines and the work environment in accordance with food safety regulations. * Assist in basic preventive maintenance of equipment. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), occupational safety regulations, and internal procedures. * Record production information and enter data as required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a machine operator, preferably in the food industry. * Basic knowledge of industrial machine operation and adjustment. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality and safety.
