Job Summary: Operate cranes, interpret load plans and signaling instructions, verify stability and operational limits, conduct daily inspections, and comply with safety regulations. Compliance with safety standards and procedures * **Operate the crane** to lift, move, and position loads (steel structures, precast elements, beams, heavy equipment, etc.). * **Interpret load plans and signaling instructions** provided by the rigger/signalman. * **Verify crane stability conditions** (outrigger deployment, counterweights, firm ground). * **Check equipment load limits** (maximum capacity, radius of reach, height). * **Conduct daily inspections** (oil level, cables, hooks, safety systems). * **Comply with safety regulations** (NR-11, NR-12, NR-18), preventing risks of tipping or material falling.
